Saturday class focuses on a Led practice where asana are demonstrated and instruction is minimised. This is a stepping stone between your regular class attendance and the independent practice of yoga.
A teacher guides students through a sequence by demonstrating and naming each asana and alternatives for menstruation and injuries are provided.
This class is suitable for students who have completed at least one term of classes at the school.
Online attendance available by arrangement
Saturday students must continue to attend a weekly asana class where the practice is taught more comprehensively
